With A Twist - AECP

 

Hello and welcome back! I am working my way through my level 2 AECP classes and today is With A Twist. This class is taught by the wonderful Therese Calvird. In this class she taught us to look at our supplies in a different way than we normally would, use colours we would not use and to think out of the box.  For my card I decided to use a colour that I rarely, if ever use...brown and I especially don't ever use it for flowers.  I think brown is always (or at least I do) thought of as a sad kind of meh boring colour and not so cheerful.  So that is the colour I was using and on flowers too!

I wish I could be there.

 

Hello and welcome back!  There are many places I am missing right now, as I am sure many other people as well, but Paris is definitely one of them.  It is one of my favourite places and we are only 3.5 hours away by train....so close and yet so far.  Today's card features not only one of my favourite places but also my absolute favourite medium to use - alcohol inks!

Hello and happy Monday crafty people!  Today I am back sharing an adorable fairy card, that is perfect for Valentine's day or any day really when you want to let someone know how much they mean to you.  I don't normally send out Valentine's cards, but I may this year to let some special little girls in my life know how much I love them.  Let's get creating!

Hello crafty friends and welcome back!  Today is release day over at RachelVassDesign and I have a card to share using the newest digital stamp set, Ruffled Iris.  It includes a very pretty Iris flower and a selection of sentiments to go with it or any other project perfectly!  Shall we get to it?!

Welcome Little One

Today I have THE sweetest little baby cards ever! I had so much fun making these and yes, although they are a bit more involved, they are so worth it! I think anyone would love to receive a fun and cute card like this when they are welcoming a new little one to the world.  The only difference between these 2 cards are the colours for the ink blending and a slight variation with the sequins used. So let's get started shall we!
