Hello crafty friends! I am very excited to share with you as my first official post for Seize the Stamp. Seize the Stamp is a lovely little online shop here in Switzerland and she carries alot of the popular North American paper crafting brands, which can be a bit hard to come by in Europe and especially here in Switzerland. So it very exciting to be able to get them here now and even more so to be able to support a shop here in Switzerland.
One of the brands she carries is PinkFresh Studio and their latest release is now available from Seize the Stamp...so exciting! For my card today I am using the Beautiful Blooms stamp, die and coordinating stencil. They are all available as individual products, but it is nice to be able to get them as a bundle. Coordinating stencils are really quite popular right now and rightfully so. They make it so easy to colour in an image and add layers and depth to them. It doesn't matter if you are a pro or a novice when it comes to colouring...stencils make us all look like we know what we are doing. Perfect for when you want to be a lazy crafter 😂.
This stamp set comes with 6 different florals and it is really just the prettiest...seriously! For my card I used 3 of the images and the stencil to colour them using a variety of Altenew inks and then used the coordinating dies. For the background I used the Abstract Triangles Hot Foil plate from PinkFresh and used a clear iridescent foil. This adds a little interest to the background, but keeps it subtle, so the focus stays on the florals. I used the same pink as the florals to do a bit of ink blending. And then the Perfect Sentiments stamp and coordinating die from PinkFresh Studio as well for the Celebrate.
A little twine bow and a few sequins and that was it. Did I say already how much I love this set?! This came together so quickly and easily....almost effortless.
